These awards also give good opportunity to make international connections.
Scotland Saltire Scholarship
Scotland’s Saltire Scholarships is for students coming from Canada, China, India and the USA to study at postgraduate masters level in Scotland. 2009 marked the first year of the scheme which offers 200 awards of £2000 each across the four countries (50 to each).The Goa Education Trust (GET) and De Souza Trust Goa Scholarships 2010

IELTS Scholarship for Students
The British Council is delighted to announce the launch of the British Council IELTS Scholarship for Indian students planning to study at universities overseas. In line with its mission to promote the global sharing of knowledge and ideas, the British Council will select eight students from India, each of whom will receive an award of Rs.3,00,000 towards the cost of tuition fees.
